When I proposed her

When I proposed her

It is fine sunny Sunday,
Lying on a cot in hostel,
Friends are all around,
Usual Sunday’s chit chat,
Loud laughs and talks,
Saying their crushes bordering love,
Defining them in their way,
Pushing my obsessions on her
Into pool of love,
They made my infatuation to love,
Every one became fantastic motivators,
Giving strength to my feelings,
Like ever before,
One handed my giant mobile,
Forcing me to call her,
My heart beats became heavy,
Heart and mind making complexes,
Confusing me to say or not,
Folks started challenging my intuition,
This closed all my thoughts,
Only one in my head,
That is she,
Excited and nervous to express,
I can’t talk to her in the dilemma,
But sure I can’t resist myself,
Called her but disconnected it soon,
This time beats rose to dolby digital,
Audible and visible to all,
Taking faster breaths than before,
Again ringed and delinked,
Prayed to never prayed god,
Oh my god! Give me courage,
I became the stupidest,
Messaged my proposal,
Simple “I LOVE YOU”,
It’s not delivered,
Uhhh this is unbearable,
Again did the same,
This time congrats to me,
It reached her,
All around me are happy,
As they achieved a great success,
Applauds and some bashes on my back,
Got a reply,
Surprising it is “WHO ARE YOU?”
Everyone busted in to laughter,
Even me.
